Project Description:
Alki Townhomes are a two unit, 3-story townhome development located one block from Alki Beach in West Seattle.  While on a challenging site; both units fit well within their surroundings while maintaining a friendly street facade.  The townhomes are stepped away from the street creating a single family residential feel and adding privacy to the rooftop decks.  The stepped site plan also enhanced each unit’s sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.

Winner of the Northwest Construction Best Architectural Design 2008 award.
