Project Description:
This income property was developed as a studio vacation rental below the primary residence of an urban Seattle family who wanted the financial means for mom or dad to be a stay at home parent while also having a great place for family and friends to stay when the space was available.  The income property was permitted as an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and has been a successful financial endeavor.
